DENSHIN is built on a conviction: the way we communicate shapes the way we work. Every conversation can move something forward, and that can be trained.
We train professionals, leaders and teams to communicate
with clarity, confidence and effectiveness in real workplace situations and challenges.
A significant part of organizational performance happens through interaction: explaining, deciding, negotiating, aligning and standing behind a position.
When communication works well, performance improves. When it breaks down, friction, fatigue and rework emerge, affecting time and business performance.
We identify those patterns, understand where the flow breaks down, and train communication practices that help people make decisions, coordinate and move forward more effectively.
Knowledge that does not come across clearly.
Long conversations, delayed decisions and key issues that remain unaddressed.
The expertise is there, but it is not understood or translated into value.
Disagreements, feedback and difficult issues that need to be addressed with clarity and effectiveness.
Misaligned expectations, low motivation, unclear responsibilities or different criteria for making decisions.
Messages, conversations and meetings that consume time and energy and create rework.
We work on real situations to build capabilities that improve confidence, motivation, collaboration and results.
We start with real situations. We observe what is happening, identify patterns and define together what needs to change. We measure, iterate and recalibrate.
We observe real situations, identify patterns and define the focus.
We apply deliberate practice, habit sprints and tools to use from day one.

The challenge defines the approach. We combine consulting, training and coaching to focus the work and turn change into practice.

I’m Glenda Evans, a communications professional, certified coach and founder of DENSHIN. After more than 20 years working in communications, across very different teams, organizations and contexts, I found that experience, a role, knowledge or a good idea are not enough on their own. They need communication to create value, reach others and make an impact.
That conviction shaped DENSHIN: a way of bringing communication into the reality of work and training it so people can understand each other better, build agreements and move things forward.
The name is inspired by the Japanese concept of denshin, associated with transmission from one point to another. An idea that captures something central to my work: that what we need to communicate gets through, is understood and turns into action.
I have worked in startups, private companies and public organizations, as a specialist, consultant and leader. I have been part of very different teams, cultures and industries, and that experience shapes the perspective I bring to my work today.
I train professionals, leaders and teams through real, day-to-day situations, especially as their challenges grow and the way they communicate needs to evolve with them.
What challenge do you have in mind?
We can start there. An initial conversation to understand the focus and explore what kind of training could help.
